    Work closely with operations and other teams within the project to meet customers’ requirement and solve daily operational issue.

    To keep day-to-day correspondence and communicate between customer ,oversea offices and shipper/consignee. 

    Timely respond to customer’s queries or request on daily operation. Provides information and documentation to relevant parties.

    Update customer with shipment status from time to time proactively and updating tracking report if requires.

    Check on customs clearance documentation and coordinate with customer to prepare.

    Assist customer obtain information as required and provide customer with accurate information and operation guideline. 

    Maintain company IT system including shipments creation and verified data accuracy of TT Events.

    Receiving pre-alert from overseas and send to customer before shipment arrival.

    Sending arrival notice to Customer upon arrival.

    Deal with irregularities such as missing, damage.

    Issue invoice for customer or relevant parties timely and accurately.

    Provide reports and statistic according to customers’ requirements.

    Handle complaints and claims from customers and to co-ordinate exceptional cases with agents.

    Perform any special duties / projects as assigned by the management.


Képzettség

    At lease 3+ years’ experience with forwarding company, trading company or relevant business industry.

    Well-known the whole operation process.

    Good air freight knowledge and background

    College degree or above.
