Key Responsibilities:

• Support project governance, delivery oversight, and coordination across Head Office, Project Office, and client.
• Support in technical delivery enablement by coordinating inputs from domain experts, validating data, and ensuring timely submission of deliverables.
• Assist in commercial controlling including cost tracking, invoicing, document validation, billing trackers, and contract documentation.
• Prepare progress reports, minutes, summaries, and structured client communication.
• Undertake data synthesis and analytical support for financial models, operational assessments, and commercial insights.
• Coordinate day-to-day tasks with the Project Manager / Team Leader, ensuring timely closure of actions.
• Manage project documentation, version control, and standardized templates across workstreams as per DB standards.
• Conduct site visits and on-ground coordination for data validation and field-related requirements.
• Proactively contribute to process improvements and digital delivery practices.
• Demonstrate strong written/ verbal communication, discipline, and stakeholder management.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Planning; Master's degree in Project Management / Planning (Transport preferred) / Engineering

Total Experience:

• 2 - 4 years of experience in consulting, infrastructure advisory, or project coordination roles.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and understanding of project commercials and client-facing workflows.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder consulting environment with a proac-tive and solution-oriented mindset.
