We are looking for Sr. Contract Expert Civil for GC Ahmedabad Metro Rail Project.

Role: 

  • Manage and administer civil contracts in accordance with contract conditions (FIDIC/Metro standards).
  • Prepare and review tender documents, BOQs, technical specifications, and contract conditions.
  • Handle procurement processes, including prequalification, bid evaluation, and contract award.
  • Monitor contract performance, ensuring compliance with scope, timelines, and quality.
  • Manage variations, claims, and change orders, including evaluation and recommendations.
  • Provide support in dispute resolution, arbitration, and contractual negotiations.
  • Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors on contractual matters.
  • Ensure proper documentation, correspondence, and record-keeping of contract activities.
  • Review billing, certifications, and payment approvals as per contract provisions.
  • Identify contractual risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Support project management in cost control and commercial management.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
Kwalifikacje
  • Education: Graduate in Engineering
  • Total Experience: 15 years
  • Relevant Experience: 5 years
