We are looking for Chief Safety, Health & Environment Expert for GC Ahmedabad Metro Rail Project.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) management systems, policies, and procedures for the project.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, environmental norms, and contract requirements.
• Identify project risks and establish hazard analysis, risk assessment, and mitigation measures.
• Lead safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations, ensuring corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor and enforce safe work practices across all construction and system activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and authorities to ensure SHE compliance.
• Conduct safety training, awareness programs, and toolbox talks for workforce.
• Ensure proper implementation of emergency response and disaster management plans.
• Monitor environmental aspects such as waste management, pollution control, and sustainability measures.
• Maintain SHE documentation, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Review and approve method statements and safety plans before execution.
• Support accident-free project execution and promote safety culture across the organization.

• Education: Graduate in Engineering
• Total Experience: 24 years
• Relevant Experience: 5 years
