We are hiring for the position of Section Engineer-Radio System including FRMCS

Responsibilities:

• Review and support approval of LTE-R / FRMCS radio system design including RF coverage, antenna layouts, equipment layouts, and cable routing ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning activities including FAT, SAT, and integrated testing of radio systems.
• Coordinate with contractors and interface systems such as Signalling (ETCS), Telecom backbone, Rolling Stock, OCC/BCC, and SCADA.
• Review installation quality, verify site readiness, and ensure compliance with approved drawings and standards.
• Maintain and verify technical documentation including inspection reports, test reports, and as-built drawings.
• Monitor contractor progress, identify technical issues, and support timely completion of radio system works.
• Assist Chief and Dy. Chief Experts in performing tasks as defined in their scope of works. 
• Any other work required to be performed to complete the project.

• Engineering Graduate/ Diploma in Electrical/Electronics stream or equivalent.
• Engineering Graduate with 07 years, or Engineering Diploma with 10 years of experience in implementing Radio System (GSM-R/TETRA/Wi-Fi/LTE-4G/5G) during construction phase in  Railbased Transit System project(s)(i).
• Strong knowledge of LTE-R / FRMCS radio systems, RF coverage, antenna systems, and telecom network architecture.
• Ability to review technical drawings, specifications, and interface documents (ICDs).
• Experience in installation, testing, and commissioning of railway telecom radio systems.
• Good coordination, technical problem-solving, and contractor management skills.
