Deliver Egypt’s first High Speed Rail Service with DBEE. DBEE is a joint venture between DB International Operations and Elsewedy Electric. DB International Operations provides rail operations and maintenance worldwide; Elsewedy Electric, global energy and infrastructure solutions provider. Together, we combine strong local capabilities with proven global railway expertise to enable efficient, safe and sustainable passenger and freight mobility on Egypt’s first High Speed Rail network. We are looking for transport and mobility professionals with substantial experience in railway operations and projects in Egypt or worldwide. Join us to deliver this landmark project in Cairo.


DB Rail Academy will support, the international training provider of Deutsche Bahn, supports DB EE with the qualification program of the operational roles.


Responsibilities:


  • Supporting the planning and implementation of a technical qualification program for the railway sector in Egypt
  • Act as on-site contact person for trainers and participants regarding daily organizational matters during the training program
  • Coordinate training schedules, room allocation, materials, attendance tracking, and logistical arrangements
  • Ensure classrooms and technical equipment are prepared and ready before each training session
  • Supporting international master trainers during their stay in Egypt in administrative and organizational matters
  • Collect participant feedback and assist in training evaluation processes
  • Maintain documentation (attendance lists, reports, training records)
  • Facilitate communication between local participants and the project team in Germany
Qualifications
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in in business administration, education, engineering, or a related field
  • Min 2 years’ experience in coordination, administration, training support, or similar roles
  • Experience in planning and setting up training programs is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Structured and reliable working style
  • Ability to work in a dynamic international environment
  • Intercultural awareness
  • Fluency in Arabic and English mandatory
