For this Project we are seeking a Depot Asset Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Control the Contractors’ asset management activities related to rolling stock.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for rolling stock and depots.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams for major overhauls and refurbishments.
  • Implement inventory management systems for spare parts and equipment required for asset management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for rolling stock preventative maintenance and storage.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and reports related to rolling stock asset management.
  • Ensure the full implementation and utilization of the maintenance management system (Maximo) for the rolling stock assets.
  • Critically review the contractors’ asset management reports and propose counter actions (where necessary) to the Employer



Qualifications
Qualifications:

  • Project management skills.
  • Rolling Stock asset management background.
  • Min. academic degree: B.Sc. Engineering.
  • Min. 10 years in in rail industry.
  • Min. 5 years in leadership position. 
  • Min. 10 years in a similar position.
  • International experience, preference GCC.
