We are seeking a Stakeholder Manager (f/m/d) as part of our DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH Branch Office. The job opening is located in Saudi Arabia, and offers exciting challenges and potential for career growth.
- Organize and coordinate meetings with governmental and semi-governmental ministries and agencies, financial institutions, World Bank, sponsors, citizens, employees
- Join fairs and exhibitions, built-up trust among the stakeholders, join existing networks, keep an eye on social media activities
- Coordinate securing access to governmental, semi-governmental, private buildings and sites to conduct surveys
- Obtain approval from the Client, Customers and other Stakeholders to the layouts of the facilities and to their phased development
- Obtain approval in principle from Stakeholders (planning authorities and land owners) to the land required for the facilities and their connection
- Reviewing existing Stakeholders correspondence and designs prepared by the Client and others, refining and optimizing these in order to determine the best design, as agreed by the Client, to be taken forward for D&B tendering
- Arranging and attending site visits, stakeholder meetings and preparing reports and notes of meetings
- Support and report to the Project Director for the Stakeholder Management
- Built and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Identify stakeholder issues and act appropriately to address issues.
- University degree (or demonstrated experience in his field)
- Relevant experience in the railway industry
- A minimum of 15 and preferably 20 years’ experience in PMC of similar projects in the Middle East
- Proven skills in communication and negotiation at highest political levels
- International working experience leading multicultural teams advantageous
- Excellent personal administration skills (taking of minutes, conduct presentations, working to agreed deadlines etc.)
- Excellent English and Arabic skills
- Relevant IT-Skills
