We are hiring for the position of Deputy Chief Expert – Ticketing System

Responsibilities:

1.Design & Drawing Review: Review AFC/Ticketing system design, architecture, equipment layout, and integrated ticketing models including Automatic Fare Gates (AG), Ticket Vending Machines (TVM), Ticket Office Machines (TOM), validators, and central system.
 
2. Installation & Commissioning: Supervise installation, configuration, integration, testing, and commissioning of AFC/Ticketing equipment, including gates, TVMs, TOMs, validators, servers, and station devices.
 
3. System Integration & Interfaces: Ensure integration of AFC/Ticketing system with OCC, SCADA, Signaling & Telecom (S&T), station IT network, and other transport systems, including Interface Control Document (ICD) compliance.
 
 4.Software, Server & Network Configuration: Support configuration of AFC/Ticketing application software, central database, servers, backup systems, and LAN/WAN communication network.
 
 5.Testing & Validation: Perform FAT, SAT, SIT, and end-to-end functional testing, including transaction validation, device communication testing, and system reliability checks.
 
 6.Payment, Approval & Coordination: Verify completed works, certify contractor invoices, assist in statutory approvals, and coordinate with ISA, CMRS, contractor, and NHSRCL for successful project completion.

• Engineering Graduate/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics stream or equivalent
• Engineering Graduate with overall 15 years, or Engineering Diploma with overall 18 years of experience in
   Railways/Metro.
  8 years of experience in project management of Automatic Fare Collection System and Ticketing System during construction phase in Rail-based Transit System project.
