职责范围
  • Provide timely response to customer’s queries or requests on daily operations
  • Provide proper solutions to customer if any urgent case happen
  • Trouble shooting
  • Daily and monthly documentation filling
  • Prepare Daily / Weekly / Monthly Reporting as required
  • Billing and Payment collection and follow up
  • KPI Measurement, reporting, analysis and continuous improvement
  • Attendance of review meeting with Customer/ plant, Carrier, customers’ suppliers and relevant if required
  • Perform any special duties or projects assigned by Management.
