The project - NHSRCL Mumbai-Ahmedabad - Mumbai, India.

We are hiring for the position of Site Engineer-Radio System including FRMCS

Responsibilities:

• Supervise installation of radio equipment including BTS, antennas, feeders, and transmission systems as per approved drawings.
• Conduct site inspections and support testing activities including Site Acceptance Test (SAT) and integration testing.
• Coordinate daily site activities with contractors and other system teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Verify cable routing, antenna installation, and equipment mounting as per specifications.
• Maintain daily progress reports, inspection reports, and snag lists.
• Ensure compliance with project quality, safety, and technical standards.
• Assist Chief and Dy. Chief Experts in performing tasks as defined in their scope of works. 
• Assist Section Engineer in their assigned works. 
• Any other work required to be performed to complete the project.

• Engineering Graduate/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics stream or equivalent.
• Engineering Graduate with 05 years, or Engineering Diploma with 07 years of experience in implementing Radio System (GSM-R/TETRA/Wi-Fi/LTE-4G/5G) during construction phase in  Railbased Transit System project(s)(i).
• Knowledge of telecom equipment installation including BTS, antennas, feeders, and cabling.
• Basic understanding of RF systems and radio network components.
• Ability to conduct site inspections, testing support, and maintain technical documentation.
• Good site coordination, communication, and safety compliance skills.
