Arbetsuppifter

    Greet, assist, and direct visitors (candidates, students, suppliers etc.)

    Part of the team responsible for planning and coordination of corporate events and meetings.

    Take adequate messages when required.

    Receive and deliver the mail.

    Provide information to callers.

    Provide general administrative and clerical support.

    Prepare correspondence and documents.

    Schedule appointments

    Register the internal/external correspondence and documents.

    Provide office supplies (Stationery& Kitchen supplies) for staff and maintain adequate stocks. 

    Contribute to team-wide communications and knowledge management.

    Performs other duties corelated with the activity as assigned by the direct manager. 


Kvalifikationer

    Experience of working in a multicultural environment

    Ability to work at a high standard (and while under pressure)

    Business-like appearance

    Excellent verbal communication skills with a good telephone manner

    Good written skills

    Good interpersonal skills

    Good knowledge of MS Office package

    Computer literate, with keyboard skills and experience of word-processing, combined with the ability to acquire other skills as necessary.

    Self-motivation, quick learning, and creative thinking

    Very good English language skills
