For a future rail project in India we are looking for a Deputy Project Director.

Responsibilities:


  • Deputy Project Director works closely under the Project Director and shares the responsibility for the successful completion of the projects.
  • This role supports in overseeing all Chief Experts, who coordinate teams to ensure that work is completed on time and within budget, to a high standard.
  • Support in design and interface management activities.
  • Support in planning, coordination and control of construction and site activities in order to provide most optimum use of existing resources.
  • Support & supervise the construction/installation and site activities, including equipment and construction, as required for operating trains on the main line, the depot line, etc.
  • Support in Integrated testing and commissioning (ITC) and the overall ITC.
  • The Deputy Project Director is desired to be with strong experience in Rail based Transit Systems.
  • This position stands in for all roles and responsibilities of the Project Director during his absence.
Kvalifikationer
Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate / Doctorate in relevant field (preferred).
  • Graduate Engineering degree in relevant field (minimum).
  • Overall 25 years of experience in Railways and Metro project(s).
  • Minimum 17 years of experience in Signalling & Telecommunication system works in High-Speed Railways / Semi High-Speed Railways / Metro Railways projects(s).
  • Minimum 6 years of experience during construction phase as in-charge for Signalling & Telecommunication system works in High-Speed Railways / Semi High-Speed Railways / Metro Railways projects(s).
