Join our team as a Customer Service Specialist in our dynamic Land Freight business and play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. If you have strong operational skills in land freight and a commitment to customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you!

  • Location: Bradford, UK
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday - 9:00 to 17:30 (fully onsite)



What Will You Be Doing?


  • Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure all team members provide proactive customer service that meets and exceeds customer expectations.
  • Managing KPIs: Oversee internal and external KPIs to maintain high service standards.
  • Resolving Customer Issues: Efficiently address customer issues and complaints, providing prompt and effective solutions.
  • Driving Commercial Awareness: Ensure the team meets departmental targets for gross profit, revenue, and volume growth on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Ensuring Operational Knowledge: Maintain and apply strong operational knowledge specific to land freight and transportation.
  • Operate Schenker IT Systems MS Office, and other associated tools effectively.
Qualificações

About You

 

  • Experience in Land freight industry desirable.
  • Proven ability to provide an efficient and proactive service to all customers and service providers.
  • Strong customer focus, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
  • Effective communication with customers, colleagues, and service providers.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Proficiency in using IT systems, especially Schenker systems and MS Office.
