Responsabilidades

Responsibilities:

    Process and verify invoices in the Schenker TMS.

    Ensure invoice accuracy and compliance with company policies.

    Assist with resolving invoice discrepancies and support the finance team and internal Customers with ad-hoc tasks.

    Create and distribute sales invoices; receive and register purchase invoices.

    Monitor and report deviations between expected and actual costs.

    Ensure timely carrier/vendor payments and prepare accurate invoice payments.

    Handle customer claims and correct invoices based on input from the Control Tower and Internal/External Customers.

    Prepare monthly feedback reports on payment collections.

    Maintain records of invoices, deposits, claims, and payment correspondence.

    Flexibility to react quickly and effectively to changing requirements and opportunities.

    Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

    Initiative spirit for continuous improvement of processes, quality, and efficiency.

Qualificações

Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

    Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel; Navision is a plus.

    Excellent communication and organizational skills.

    Fluent in spoken and written English; other languages at least B1 level (if required).

    Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

    Ability to work effectively in a customer/service-driven environment, both individually and as a team player.

    Internal motivation, enthusiasm, attention to detail, and focus on delivering results.
