For this project we are seeking a Senior Engineer - BIM with 8+ years' experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and maintains any multidiscipline models.
• Consulted for input to the BEP
• Define the CAD Manual at the start of the project
• Configure, develop, and run Clash Detection analysis on a regular basis (generation of aggregate models)
• Attend regular coordination meetings and ensure progress of the coordination process
• Perform integration and the geo-location of the models per segment. Aggregate the models.
• Generate 2D drawings and extract schedules and quantity take-offs from design models, ensure project’s CAD Manual is followed.
• Support Interface Coordinators and Design Coordinators
• Attend the Gate Reviews with the Design Leaders and the Client representatives
• Perform risk Identification and escalation within BIM perimeter
• Assist in the utilisation of the CDE within the organisation. Managing information con-tainers in accordance with agreed workflow.
• Ensure compliance with project BIM standards and BEP
• Involved in agreeing Level of Definition for project phases in relation to the Project Infor-mation Model and ensuring its implementation on the project. (LOG/LOI)
• Responsible for the production/Submission, including 3D models, Quantity Extraction from Models, and 4D and 5D information models, in accordance with the BEP. 
• Assist section leaders for the technical interface management.
• Work across multiple projects, as assigned by the Line Manager. 
• Supports the Task Team by managing information models, ensuring coordination, and verifying compliance with information requirements (EIR, BEP, MIDP, TIDP).
• Ensure on-time Project delivery.
• Mentor and coordinate with junior team members to ensure timely delivery of clash-free, high-quality BIM models.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Civil Engineering (preferred)
• Overall experience of 8+ years, with minimum 5 years mandatory in Railway Infrastructure BIM projects.
• Exposure may include 3D modeling of rail systems, rail and roadway bridges, station buildings, viaducts, and underpass structures.
• Experience in extracting quantities from 3D models, attributing model data, and producing 2D drawings from 3D models.
• Should have the knowledge of ISO 19650 principles and workflows. 
• Competent in model coordination, clash management, QA/QC, progress reporting, Contract & ISO Check
• Open for new challenges and establishing structures. Willingness to learn and adopt new soft-ware and technologies.
• Self-organization, high level of motivation and ability to work under pressure
• Experience in the Bidding BIM projects including estimation of work in term of manhours and re-sources to any stage of project.
