For this project we are seeking a Quality Assurance Expert

Responsibilities:

• Establish QA/QC procedures aligned with international standards (ISO 9001).
• Monitor contractor compliance with quality requirements and specifications.
• Review and approve Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality documentation.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and surveillance of works (civil, track, E&M, stations).
• Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and corrective/preventive actions.
• Ensure quality compliance during testing & commissioning phases.
• Maintain quality records and reporting systems.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve quality issues.

Kwalifikacje

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in quality assurance for infrastructure projects.
• Minimum 4–6 years in HSR or railway projects.
