We are currently recruiting for HSE Expert in Bangalore.

Key aspects of this role include but are not limited to:

Occupational Safety Management:
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs to minimize workplace hazards and promote a safety-first culture.
- Integrate international HSE practices with Indian standards to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee the safety protocols on-site and ensure adherence to safety guidelines by all project teams.
- Conduct HSE training and awareness programs for employees
Implementation and Monitoring of SHE Framework:
- Establish SHE policies, procedures, and performance standards for all ongoing Metro Rail projects.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure consistent and effective implementation of safety measures on construction sites.
- Monitor and review the effectiveness of SHE programs and initiate improvements as needed.
- Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics.
Statutory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant local and national SHE regulations, standards, and legislation.
- Act as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies for inspections, audits, and compliance checks.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements and industry best practices, ensuring all projects are compliant.
ISO 45001 and Related Standards:
- Develop and maintain an HSE management system in line with ISO 45001 standards.
- Lead the certification and recertification processes for ISO 45001, ensuring all necessary documentation, training, and audits are conducted.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to align safety practices with global benchmarks.

자격요건

Bachelor’s degree with additional qualification in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 15+ years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in a corporate setting.

Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards, both international and Indian.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Certification in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) is preferred.
