담당업무

Responsibilities:


  • Check and correct incoming orders;
  • Validate and capture e-mail/fax orders in TMS.
  • Adapt orders in TMS based on shipper changes.
  • Capture pickup orders;
  • Archive documents/waybills digitally after data capture.
  • Check and register incoming invoices, including subcontractors.
  • Manage incoming PODs from RB carriers.
  • Monitor shipments via T&T and inform contacts.
  • Issue customer reports.
자격요건

Qualifications:


  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Availability to travel for training and business reviews.
  • Good presentation and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a customer/service-driven environment.
  • Proactive attitude and initiative for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of logistics and internal TMSs.
