담당업무

    Work closely with operations and other teams within the project to meet customers’ requirement and solve daily operational issue.

    To keep day-to-day correspondence and communicate between customer ,oversea offices and shipper/consignee. Provides information and documentation to others timely.

    Timely respond to customer’s queries or request on daily operation.

    Coordinate with related team for booking space and picking up cargo.

    Check on customs clearance documentation, monitor the clearance status Confirm with booking agent for detailed flight information, such as first flight and second lighted and ETA.

    Relay brand-new government relevant policies and customs regulations to customer.

    Verified sales quotation in company system when book the shipments.

    Ensure the accuracy of system transactions and documents creation.

    Offer pre-alert to related parties

    Issue invoice for local charges overseas timely and accurately.

    Track and trace shipments where necessary, i.e. critical orders, delayed orders etc. and communicate progress internally and to customers.

    Liaise with domestic and overseas colleagues and local clients to ensure a smooth air freight shipment handling. 

    Provide reports and statistic according to customers’ requirements.

    Handle complaints and claims from customers and to co-ordinate exceptional cases with agents.

    Perform any special duties / projects as assigned by the management.


자격요건

    At lease 3+ years’ experience with forwarding company, trading company or relevant business industry.

    Well-known the whole operation process.

    Good air freight knowledge and background

    College degree or above.
