We are seeking a Trackwork and Track Equipment Expert as a part of our DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH Branch Office. The job opening is located in Cairo, Egypt, and offers exciting challenges and potential for career growth.

Responsibilities:

• Providing expert knowledge in the site supervision of permanent way track (i.e., rails, sleepers, all track components, guide ways, viaducts & tunnels) and track equipment within railway and metro environment.    
• Responsible for the planning, organization, and supervision of installation, testing & commissioning of the trackworks and track equipment in the project.  
• Organize regular meetings with the project team to provide project updates/progress and share and follow up on relevant information.
• Accountable for technical documentation, construction, and FAI & FAT testing schedule for the trackwork system and track equipment.
• Supervises track systems’ requirement management process.
• Lead, assist, and participate in site meetings, in internal discussion sessions, telephone conferences, and team meetings.
• Lead official meetings with governmental authorities.
• Provide organizational and technical guidance and training client’s employees on demand.
