We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team in Jeddah. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is eager to start a career in Human Resources. The successful candidate will support day-to-day HR operations and contribute to maintaining a positive and compliant workplace environment.
Responsibilities
- Support onboarding activities, including document collection and orientation
- Maintain and update employee files (digital and physical)
- Ensure HR documentation complies with company policies and labor regulations
- Support preparation of employment contracts and official letters
- Coordinate with payroll for employee data updates
- Support HR reporting and data entry in HR systems
- Help organize employee engagement activities and events
- Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Ensure adherence to Saudi labor law and company policies
- Assist in maintaining HR policies and procedures documentation
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
•0–1 year of experience in HR or administrative roles (internship experience is a plus)
•Strong organizational and time management skills
•Good English communication skills
•Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
•Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
•Willingness to learn and grow in the HR field
