For Saudi Arabia, we are looking for a passionate Senior Manager Assets and Maintenance TFM (m/f/d).
- Lead and oversee Total Facilities Management (TFM) services across all transport assets, including depots, stations, and supporting infrastructure
- Manage asset lifecycle planning (CAPEX/OPEX), ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and value over time
- Supervise O&M contractors and service providers, ensuring compliance with contracts, KPIs, and SLAs
- Establish and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance strategies for civil, MEP, and infrastructure systems
- Ensure implementation and continuous improvement of asset management systems (e.g., CAFM/CMMS such as Maximo)
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and delivery teams (Bus, AFC, AVM, Telecom) to ensure integrated asset performance
- Lead performance monitoring, reporting, and audits, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards
- Drive risk management, HSE compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives, including localization and knowledge transfer.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or related field; Master’s preferred
- Minimum 12 years of experience in asset management and facilities management within large infrastructure or transport projects
- Proven experience in leading TFM/FM operations for complex, multi-site environments (e.g., metro, bus, or smart city systems)
- Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management, maintenance strategies, and FM best practices
- Demonstrated experience managing O&M contractors and performance-based contracts (KPIs/SLAs)
- Familiarity with asset management systems (e.g., Maximo or equivalent CMMS/CAFM platforms)
- Solid understanding of HSE standards, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance frameworks
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with experience in multi-disciplinary and multicultural teams.
