We are seeking a Stakeholder Manager as part of our DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH Riyadh Branch. The job opening is located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and offers exciting challenges and potential for career growth.




Responsibilities:

  • Advice, supervision, direction, management & support for all matters related to Stakeholders.
  • Ensuring effective communication & collaboration among various stakeholders in the project.
  • Develop and manage strategies to engage with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and concerns to maintain effective relationships throughout the project.
  • Interface Management: Oversee the management of interfaces between different project elements, ensuring smooth coordination and integration.
  • Facilitate   clear and consistent communication between all parties involved, addressing any issues or conflicts that arise.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and decisions made, providing regular updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks related to stakeholder interactions and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
  • Track the progress of stakeholder-related activities and ensure they align with the overall project goals and timelines.

Képzettség
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder, Qualified and chartership preferred. 
  • At least 15 years of experience on Stakeholder management in infrastructure projects, including at least 10 years of experience in railway projects. Proven experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams. 
  • Experience in communication and collaboration among various Ministry, Government Agencies, Public & Private Stakeholders in the Middle East.
  • Preferably proficiency in Arabic language, speaking, writing & reading. Plus, English language skills both spoken and written. 
  • Preference given to Saudi applicants due Saudization project requirement.  
  • Full Computer Literacy
  • Excellent communication skills are essential to success in this role.
  • Driving license required to drive to site or to technical meetings with the client representative.
