DB RRTS is a part of the DB group, a world-leading global railway company with an extensive organization in Germany and projects around the world. Our company offers a technically sophisticated and customized infrastructure, mobility, and transport solutions. We acquire, initiate, and manage rail operations and maintenance projects outside Europe. We are looking for transport and mobility enthusiasts and entrepreneurs with long-standing experience in railway operations and projects in India or worldwide. 

We are currently seeking you to build up and manage the operation and maintenance of a Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) and Mass Rapid Transport System (MRTS) business in Delhi, India. This 82km long Delhi-Meerut line will consist of 25 RRTS and 9 MRTS stations. This will include developing a local O&M company from scratch to full operations, developing and leading a passionate and performance driven team, steering quality, performance, and customer satisfaction as well as ensuring economic success in India.

Responsibilities:

• Installation testing & commissioning of Electrical & Mechanical system like electrical panel, cable testing, plumbing, firefighting, Airconditioning with interfacing for civil structures electrical system equipment’s. 
• Perform all MEP site activities and coordinate with construction, structure engineering and architecture departments during installation of electrical and mechanical system to ensure quality.
• Handling operation and maintenance of electrical equipment.
• Systems in station as well as in depot. Organize and evaluate the responsibilities & task of the team members and motivate them towards achieving the defined goals adhering to company policies, safety regulations & discipline.
• Ensure timely updating of all the work progress report, equipment checklists, and master plan & maintain the corrective / preventive maintenance order of electrical, Fire Fighting and related equipment for metro stations.
• Investigate and troubleshoots maintenance problems and implement the companies permit work procedures.
• Responsible to minimize the breakdowns to zero level.
• Responsible for implementation of the new automation as required by the management.
• Pre-planning and scheduling the daily, weekly, monthly jobs and shut down activities.
• Responsible to increase the reliability of the equipment.
• Assist engineers in feasibility and testing analysis of the new specimens in electrical system, fire system, plumbing system for procuring an upgraded technology.
• Sustain the quality standards by rigorous auditing and inspection of all the new equipment and day today procurements.
• Analyses systems ensured accuracy of technical installations and adhered to engineering designs.
• Ensure compliance to all regulatory requirements of electrical systems.
• Evaluate contracts and ensured work according to contract details.
• Maintain work according to environmental and quality procedures on a regular basis.

Qualifications:

• B.Tech in electrical.
• 6-7 Years of Experience into fire Detection. 
• Pro-active and self-starter attitude, confidence, and independence.
• Excellent communication, networking, and logical thinking.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Good knowledge of MS Office application.
