The project - NHSRCL Mumbai-Ahmedabad - Mumbai, India. We are hiring for the position of Site Engineer - SHE

Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements at site, ensuring compliance with project safety plan and statutory regulations.
• Conduct daily site safety inspections, identify unsafe conditions and practices, and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions by contractors.
• Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), safety devices, barricading, and safety signboards for workforce and public safety.
• Monitor high-risk activities such as work at height, lifting operations, electrical works, and confined space entry, and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and safety awareness programs for workers and staff.
• Report and investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and assist in implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with statutory safety requirements, labour safety rules, and client HSE standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and client HSE team for safety inspections, audits, and safety meetings.
• Monitor workplace health, hygiene, and environmental conditions at site.
• Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, and safety documentation, and submit regular safety reports to management.

• Full time regular B.E/B. Tech with Govt. recognized full time regular Diploma in Safety.
• Full time regular BE/B. Tech in safety.
• Government recognized regular full time PG Degree in Environmental Engineering/Sciences with Regular Full Time Govt.Recognized Safety diploma/Degree.
• Full time regular science degree with International Qualifications like CSP (Certified safety professional), NEBOSH Diploma. 
• Recognised degree in any branch of engineering from recognized university with International qualifications like CSP (Certified safety professional), Diploma in NEBOSH.
• Engineering Graduate, or PG degree in Environment Engineering/Science with overall 05 years, or Degree in Science with overall 07 years of experience in SHE management during construction phase in  Railbased Transit System project(s)(i).
• Construction site safety supervision.
• Incident reporting and risk assessment.
• Knowledge of HSE regulations and PPE requirements.Safety inspection and audit skills.
