We are hiring for the position of Chief - Operations & Maintenance

Responsibilities: 

1. Review of O&M manuals of Contractor and the Client (NHSRCL).
 
 2.Assist and Coordinate for Overall ITC.
 
 3. Ensure readiness of System(s) under its scope.
 
 4. Plan the schedule for test Train, safety confirmation before test Train operation and utilization of the respective drivers/operators.
 
 5. Prepare the inspection plan of Trains.
 
 6. Control the routes, turnouts, supervise operation status of test trains from OCC and its entry/exit the depot from Depot Control Room (DCR).
 
 7. Energization and de-energization of   power supply facilities at site or OCC.
 
 8. Operate track motor cars for safety confirmation prior to test train operation during Miscellaneous Operations Tests / Control Run of Dynamic Inspection.
 
 8.Review of comprehensive maintenance plans, monitoring strategies and training plans for the staff. 
 
 9. Review of spare management and handover plans.
 
10. Any other roles and responsibilities required to be performed to complete the project and assigned by PD and Client(NHSRCL).

Engineering Graduate

Total Experience: Overall 20 years of experience in Railways/Metro.
 
 Relevant Experience: 10 years of experience in management of Operation & Maintenance (O&M)
 readiness during construction phase in High-speed Rail Project / Semi High-Speed Rail Project.
