Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Team Management: Direct overall project operations, establish the supervision organization, and lead the site team to ensure deliverables meet all quality and time constraints.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison among clients (PD/DPD), contractors, design teams, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and accurate as-built documentation.
• Construction & Schedule Oversight: Coordinate all site activities by developing schedules, reviewing contractor plans (e.g., method statements, traffic management), and actively monitoring implementation progress.
• Quality & Safety Assurance: Enforce strict QA/QC procedures and monitor all contractor activities to ensure full compliance with safety protocols, contract specifications, and project timelines.
• Commercial Administration & Reporting: Evaluate contractor performance, verify completed works to certify progress claims and payments, and ensure the timely submission of all contractual reports.

Compétences

Qualifications:

• Graduation in Engineering
• 20+ Years of Post Qualification Work Experience
• 5+ Years of experience working in similar positions / role, on Metro Projects with GC / PMC / Client / Supervision firm.
• More than 2 Metro Projects in similar or equivalent positions
