Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Accurate processing of incoming tickets in a timely manner 

Creating users and administration of users access rights in accounting systems  
Documenting all tasks according to relevant compliance requirements 
Compliance with rules and regulations of Deutsche Bahn
Reporting of risks concerning service level agreements to supervisors 
Improvement of desktop procedures (job instructions) if IT systems or compliance rules change
Continuous improvement of the underlying process, by e.g. documenting the process and its interfaces towards customers and improving it if necessary  
Qualifications

Qualifications:

Fluent English Language Skills 
Basic SAP R3/K Knowledge 
Basic IT Knowledge 
Basic accounting knowledge 
Exact and precise operation 
Word, Excel and Power Point Innovation 
Bachelor degree in business economics or business information or adequate commercial apprenticeship ? Effective analytical and problem-solving skills 
Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering quality results to tight deadlines 
Ability to understand complex environments 
Self-motivation, quick learning and creative thinking 
Additional European languages are very beneficial
