In this role you will have the opportunity to operate as a business partner in the Asset Management Area while being responsible for budgeting and forecasting, performance and resource demand analysis and KPIs monitoring.

Location of the job: Bucharest

    •   KPIs monitoring and reporting
    •    Prepares the Board of Directors documents including operational, financial KPIs and variance analysis versus budget / forecast and previous period
    •    Cost and investments Budgeting and Forecasting for Asset Management Area
    •    Cost Center Planning
    •    Cost development monitoring on a weekly basis
    •    Performance variance analysis target versus actual and informing the relevant departments
    •    Resource demand determination and validation
    •    Suppliers / Customers contracts analysis and review, determines the financial impact on the company results
    •    Analyses and recommends ways to improve the Asset Management Area results in order to reach its targets
    •    IT Asset Management Controlling systems maintenance and development.

• Analytical and logical thinking
• Result oriented, root cause identification skills and the ability of presenting the results
• Good communication and team player
• Fluent in English written and spoken
• Advanced MS Office user (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• SAP knowledge represents a plus
• University degree in Economics or Engineering
• Previous experience in Controlling / Finance area represents a plus
