Responsibilities


1. Ensure Semicon & Solar desk department performs to Management’s expectations.

2. Study and implement new initiatives/projects as assigned by Management.

3. Study and implement new customer’s processes.

4. Ensure work processes stay relevant to current operating arena and customer expectations.

5. To be resourceful in managing recovery.

6. Ensure Import and Export daily operations runs smoothly, and SOP compliant.

7. Continuously review operating procedures to enhance efficiency through use of 

analysis studies, IT solutions etc.

8. Identify failure reasons and issue comprehensive Corrective Action Reports to eliminate 

recurrences.

9. Make decisions on basis of quality, customer satisfaction and least total cost solution.

10. Motivator, communicator, trainer and facilitator in managing staff performance and aspiration.

11. Review skills deficient of each team members and arrange appropriate trainings accordingly.

12. To develop good relationship with Customers.

13. Escalation path for all Key Accounts Operation related matters.

14.  Ensure Import / Export operations runs smoothly, and SOP compliant.

15. Manage and co-ordinate the entire shipment process for customers.

16. Implement and establish new processes for export / import operations.

17. Review export / import operational procedures for continuous improvement, to enhance efficiency.

18. Prepare KPI reports for customers & attend to Operation Review meetings when required.

19. Plan / schedule space for all origin stations.

20. To be proactive in preventing service failure

21. To be resourceful in managing recovery

22. To co-ordinate shipment closely with Customers and various department to ensure shipments executed correctly

23. To monitor & ensure Customers make prompt payments

24. To rectify & resolve payment discrepancies

25. To develop good relationship with Customers 

26. To observe & control daily operational issues in order to comply Customer’s requirements

27. To co-ordinate Customer Service & Operational information and expedite for replies

28. To analysis and recommend corrective actions

29. To handle customers complaints

30. To be the main contact for Customers & Schenker internally.

 

 




Qualifications


1. Bachelor's Degree in any field of industry 

2. Fresh Graduate welcome to apply

3. With specific working experience background related in logistic/supply chain
4. Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Power Point tools

5. Excellent interpersonal skills to manage key accounts and resolve any issues

6. Strong organizational skills and accuracy in managing documentation and shipments

7. The ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
