We are currently seeking an Operations & Maintenance Advisor (O&MA) Manager with extensive high-speed railway experience.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead the Operations & Maintenance advisory function to ensure the successful delivery of services for the project.
• Oversee the development of operational and maintenance strategies, frameworks, and implementation plans for high-speed rail operations above 250 km/h.
• Interface with the client to resolve all project, technical, and commercial issues.
• Ensure alignment of O&M strategies with safety, regulatory, and interoperability requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, safety, RAMS, and other multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated delivery.
• Provide senior-level insights into operational practices, safety, and asset management.
• Drive the establishment of best practices and procedures across operational and maintenance disciplines.
• Support stakeholder communication and present progress, risks, and recommendations in regular meetings.
• Stay informed on the latest advancements in transportation modeling techniques, including machine learning, big data analytics, and emerging modeling software.

Qualifications:

• 20 years of relevant railway operations and maintenance experience at a senior level, preferably in high-speed rail (>250 km/h).
• Demonstrated ability to interface with clients to resolve complex technical and commercial matters.
• Suitable professional qualifications for executive-level roles in railway O&M, or equivalent.
• Excellent knowledge of operational safety for new high-speed railway systems.
• Strong understanding of project practices and value management.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to relocate to Australia.
