Responsabilidades

Responsibilities:


•Vendor master data activities in SAP and other tools;
•Communicate with multiple stakeholders (requesters, higher support level, central SAP team, resource administrators) and team for the ongoing requests;
•Improvement of desktop procedures (job instructions) if IT systems or compliance rules change;
•Various small projects related to SAP and internal applications, based on stakeholders’ requirements / SSC requirements (testing, support for users etc) ;

Qualifications:

•Fluent English and German language skills;
•Basic SAP R/3K knowledge (SAP MM experience > 2 years operational, SAP FI is a plus);
•Supplier Relationship Management is a plus;
•Accounting/master data knowledge and experience is a plus;
•Effective analytical skills and problem-solving;
•MS Office skills: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
•Business administration qualification or comparable qualification preferably;
•Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering quality results in tight deadlines;
•Ability to understand complex environments, good interpersonal and communication skills, self-organizing skills, team player, technical skills, ability to jump easily between priorities;
