We are looking for Chief Resident Engineer (Lifts & Escalators) for GC Ahmedabad Metro Rail Project.

• Act as on-site lead for installation and execution of lifts and escalators across stations and depots.
• Supervise day-to-day activities ensuring compliance with specifications, safety standards, and contract requirements.
• Review and approve designs, shop drawings, method statements, and installation plans.
• Coordinate with civil, electrical, architectural, and system teams for seamless integration.
• Monitor progress, quality, and safety performance of works at site.
• Conduct site inspections, testing, and inspections for lifts and escalators.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety codes, and accessibility standards.
• Manage contract administration, including measurements, certifications, billing, and claims.
• Identify and resolve technical and interface issues during installation.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, trial runs, and handing over of systems.
• Ensure proper documentation, reports, and as-built records.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure reliability and timely delivery.
• Support maintenance planning and operational readiness.

• Education: Graduate in Engineering
• Total Experience: 20 years
• Relevant Experience: 7 years
