Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
• supervision of operations.
• Responsible for monitoring the day-to-day functions of chief controllers, Traffic Controller (TC), Depot Controller (DC), Auxiliary System Controller (ASC), Signaling and Telecom System Controller (STC), Rolling Stock Controller (RSC), Traction Power Controller (TPC), Information Controller.
• Liaising with AM Train Operations and AM Station.
• Managing operations, particularly in operating conditions deviating from normal operations including issuing & managing of emergency permit to work.
• Acting as Incident Controller (IC) in the event of an incident.
• Mobilizing the internal recovery team and being Incident Officer (IO) as required.
• Activation of external emergency services and coordination of their activities.
• Liaising with all technical departments through their concern controllers as well as Safety, Security & Quality department.
• Liaising with the Safety, Security & Quality department.
• Participating in internal timetable and work permit meetings.
• Elaboration of the daily logs.
• Shall review daily passenger statistics through available reports and other means.
• Shall ensure generation, preparation and compilation of incident report(s) and report on rectification of faults of different departments.
• Shall ensure reply of passenger’s complaint and RTI related to OCC.
• Shall assist AM OCC in preparing Weekly General Order.
• Shall ensure proper maintenance of records in OCC and generation/preparation and distribution of regular report to the management periodically or as and when required.
• Shall maintain contact details of all concerned officers
• Shall carry out duties as assigned by the administration through various Procedure Orders/Instructions in vogue and as described in Metro Railways General Rules, 2020.
• Shall ensure timely preparation of Time table with different headways
• Shall ensure loading and scheduling of Time table as per requirement.
• Shall maintain/upkeep of log and/or record of implemented Time table.
• Shall ensure planning and execution of emergency time table, as per need. Shall provide time table to all concerned controllers.
• Any other duties assigned or required in smooth functioning of OCC.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience
• Diploma/ B.tech
• Has strong oral and written communication skills
• Able to elaborate technical reports
• Has technical understanding and experience
• Able to understand and identify risks involved in operation and has proper safety orientation
• English, Hindi languages will be preferred
