- Support end to end Tender Management process starting from Pre-Tender Preparation/Review - Tender Launch – Solution Design – Post RfQ update and analysis.
- Analyze tender and distribute tasks to internal stakeholders, and review/validate information re-ceived from the internal stakeholders.
- Oversee the entire Rfx process which includes the development of response format/pricing ma-trix/responding to queries as well as timely submission of RfI, RfP and RfQ to bid owners.
- Provide a quality and winning proposal to the assigned bid owner and/or other Tender Manage-ment Teams for validation and submission to the customer.
- Provide regular updates to the Senior Management on ongoing and upcoming Tenders along with status updates on submitted Tenders.
- Provide procurement and contract management subject matter expertise to project/program.
- Supervise and develop the procurement plan identifying interdependencies and bottlenecks.
- Develop and/or supervise a procurement strategy to mitigate risks behind activities.
- Resolve project/program procurement performance issues.
- Participate in negotiations with preferred bidders.
- Master’s degree in business law, supply chain or contract management.
- Minimum of 15 years procurement/commercial/contract management experience.
- Longstanding experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex rail contractual documentation, including tender bid evaluation.
- Strong facilitation and influencing skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Works well under pressure, and is able to handle internal and customer demands effectively.
- Experience working in a truly international team distributed among various sites worldwide.
