Responsibilities:

• Conduct commuter surveys, passenger feedback studies, and data collection activities to assess public perception and improve metro services.
• Coordinate and facilitate stakeholder consultations with government agencies, NGOs, local communities, institutions, and other project stakeholders.
• Plan and execute metro outreach and public awareness programs, campaigns, exhibitions, and engagement initiatives.
• Support the design, review, and implementation of metro signages, wayfinding systems, and information materials.
• Liaise with MAHA-METRO officials and external agencies to ensure smooth execution of MMI-related activities.
• Prepare reports, presentations, survey analyses, meeting minutes, and stakeholder engagement documentation.
• Monitor public feedback, address stakeholder concerns, and recommend measures to enhance community participation.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and support overall Marketing, Media, and Information (MMI) activities for the Pune and Nagpur Metro projects.

Qualifications:

• Any Graduation with 4 years for experience  
• Should have experience of working with Govt. Agencies related to MMI Works such as conducting commuter surveys, stakeholder consultations with NGOs, Govt. Agencies, Outreach Activities for Metro, designing of signages, etc.
