Introduction
DB International Operations, located in Berlin, acquires, initiates and manages rail operations and maintenance projects outside of Europe. We are looking for a transport and mobility enthusiast with an interest in developing international mobility projects to join our passionate business development team.

Join us as Manager:in Corporate and Business Development (f/m/d) at DB International Operations located in Berlin at the earliest possible opportunity.

Your tasks:

  • You manage and steer corporate development projects and programs for DB International Operations
  • You develop and update reports and presentations regarding business activities and strategy
  • You organize, prepare, follow-up and implement strategy workshops and corporate development events
  • You manage interfaces of different departments in the company, develop and steer know-how transfer within the company and the group
  • You develop and implement standards, methods and structures that support the development of the company
  • You conduct market, partner and competitor analysis
  • You conduct international business development activities including the development of answers to participation requests (such as expression of interests and prequalifications) of projects
  • You continuously develop corporate and business development through the trial and implementation of innovative processes and methods

Qualifications
Your profile:

  • You have a university degree, preferably in engineering or business
  • You have several years of international professional experience in the field of corporate development and sales of large scale projects
  • You have a proven track record of success in managing large strategic programs, stakeholder management and project development
  • You are strong in presentation and project management
  • Know-how and expertise in the field of mobility, transportation or infrastructure is something you either possess, or are eager to acquire and dive into in your new role
  • You are driven and a great communicator
  • Fluent English and German is a must, additional language skills are highly welcome
