We are looking for Sr. Contract Expert System for GC Ahmedabad Metro Rail Project. 

  • Manage and administer system contracts (signalling, telecom, E&M, AFC, rolling stock, etc.) as per contract conditions.
  • Prepare and review tender documents, technical specifications, BOQs, and contract clauses for system works.
  • Handle procurement process, including prequalification, bid evaluation, and contract finalization.
  • Monitor contract execution, ensuring compliance with scope, timelines, quality, and technical requirements.
  • Manage and evaluate variations, change orders, and contractor claims.
  • Support dispute resolution, arbitration, and contractual negotiations.
  • Coordinate with system engineers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders on contract matters.
  • Review and certify invoices, milestones, and payment approvals as per contract terms.
  • Identify contractual risks and advise mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure proper documentation, correspondence, and contract records management.
  • Provide inputs for cost control, budgeting, and commercial management.
  • Ensure compliance with FIDIC/metro standards, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • Education: Graduate in Engineering
  • Total Experience: 15 years
  • Relevant Experience: 5 years
