We are looking for Sr. Architect Underground for . 

  • LeGC Ahmedabad Metro Rail Projectad architectural design and planning of underground metro stations, tunnels, and associated facilities.
  • Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, sections, and design reports for underground works.
  • Ensure designs meet functional, safety, fire & life safety, ventilation, and statutory requirements specific to underground environments.
  • Coordinate with civil, structural, geotechnical, MEP, and system teams for integrated design solutions.
  • Plan efficient passenger flow, circulation, emergency exits, and accessibility (lifts/escalators).
  • Ensure compliance with fire safety norms, evacuation standards, and environmental guidelines.
  • Review and approve materials, finishes, waterproofing, and durability aspects for underground conditions.
  • Conduct design reviews, site inspections, and resolve architectural issues during construction.
  • Support preparation of tender documents, specifications, and BOQs for underground architectural works.
  • Participate in value engineering to optimize cost, space utilization, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure proper coordination of wayfinding, signage, and passenger information systems.
  • Oversee preparation of as-built drawings and final documentation for handover.
Qualifications
  • Education: Postgraduate in Engineering
  • Total Experience: 15 years
  • Relevant Experience: 7 years
