We are looking for a Section Engineer- Depot (f/m/d) for our Metro Project in Bhopal & Indore, India.

The Bhopal & Indore Metro Project consists of the design, construction and operation & maintenance of two lines of a total length of 28 km (including 30 stations) in the city of Bhopal and of one ring line of 31,5 Km (including 30 stations) in city of Indore.

The output of the project is state-of-the-art metro rail systems which offers barrier free and environmental friendly urban transport contributing to seamless mobility. DB E&C's scope is to provide general consultancy services to the design, procurement, construction, test and commissioning and defects liability period of the metro systems, as well as, strategic and financial consultancy.

Key Responsibilities include:

Report to the Senior Depot Resident Engineer.
Supporting on-site Depot construction activities to ensure completion of project within the set time and cost and effective resource utilization to maximize the outputs.
Leading group of Site engineers in overseeing the supervision of all Depot construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction and coordination with site management.
Participating in project reviews meetings for tracking project progress and budget.
Co-ordination among consultants, contractors and clients. Interface with Stakeholders regarding Depot Construction Activities
Review and implementation of Method Statements, Works Specific Quality Control Plans, as per specifications of contract document.
Monitoring of the progress & requirements of the project site. Finalization of requirements of materials, machinery & manpower in accordance with project contract specification, and scheduling them to suit the requirements.
Quality assurance of all site activities.

Qualifikationen

Qualifications:

Graduate in Engineering or Diploma
8+ Years of Post Qualification work experience (13+ Years for candidates with Diploma)
3+ Years of work experience working in similar positions / role, on Metro Projects with GC / PMC / Client / Supervision or Construction firm / OEMs of Systems who has been awarded the work by the Metro implementing agency. (8+ Years for candidates with Diploma)
