Key Responsibilities:

• Project Governance & Coordination: Support end-to-end project delivery by coordinating daily tasks between the Project Manager, domain experts, and clients to ensure timely milestones.
• Commercial & Contract Administration: Manage commercial controlling, including cost tracking, invoicing, financial data synthesis, and procurement processes.
• Documentation & Reporting: Oversee project documentation, version control, and the preparation of progress reports and meeting minutes, while driving digital process improvements
• Business Development & Communication: Assist in bid preparation and tracking opportunities, while maintaining strong stakeholder management and effective communication across all teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Planning; Master's degree in Project Management / Planning / Engineering.
• 2 – 5 years of experience in consulting, infrastructure advisory, or project coordination roles.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and understanding of project commercials and client-facing workflows.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder consulting environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
