For a future rail project in India we are looking for a Chief Expert IDS (Intruder Detection System).

Responsibilities:

  • Define and oversee the overall Operations & Maintenance (O&M) strategy for all system components of the MAHSR.
  • Review designs and contractor submissions to ensure compliance with international high-speed rail O&M standards.
  • Develop operational concepts, maintenance frameworks, SOPs, and emergency procedures.
  • Evaluate and advise on maintenance facilities, depot layouts, workshop equipment, and asset management systems.
  • Support integration, testing, commissioning, and operational readiness activities.
  • Lead O&M-related risk assessments, RAMS evaluations, and life-cycle cost considerations.
  • Provide expert input to timetabling, operations planning, and system interface coordination.
  • Serve as the primary O&M advisor to the client, coordinating with contractors and stakeholders.
Qualifikationen
Qualifications:

  • 20 years professional experience in railways/metro projects
  • 10 years experience as Chief Expert O&M or on equivalent positions on Metro/Railway/HSR projects
  • 2 years experience as Chief Expert O&M in railway projects with more than 250km/h operational speed
  • Proficiency in English
