Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize Demand Responsive Transport (DRT) operations, ensuring efficient and flexible service delivery.
• Develop and manage DRT operational strategies, including service zones, routing logic, scheduling, and fleet utilization.
• Oversee integration of DRT services with bus operations, AVM systems, and passenger information platforms.
• Monitor operational performance, KPIs, and service quality, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
• Analyze ridership patterns, demand data, and service performance to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Coordinate with technology providers to ensure effective operation of DRT platforms, algorithms, and mobile applications.
• Support customer communication and service awareness, including service guidelines, booking processes, and real-time updates.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and operators to ensure seamless multimodal integration and continuous service improvement.

Qualifikationen

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Transport Planning, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 8-12 years of experience in public transport operations, with proven exposure to DRT or on-demand mobility services.
• Strong understanding of DRT systems, routing algorithms, and scheduling optimization tools.
• Experience with ITS integration, including AVM, passenger information systems, and digital platforms.
• Proven ability to analyze operational data, KPIs, and service performance metrics.
• Experience working with technology vendors and platform providers in mobility or smart transport systems.
• Knowledge of urban mobility concepts, multimodal integration, and customer-focused service design.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in multi-disciplinary and multicultural environments.
