DB RRTS is a part of the DB group, a world-leading global railway company with an extensive organization in Germany and projects around the world. Our company offers a technically sophisticated and customized infrastructure, mobility, and transport solutions. We acquire, initiate, and manage rail operations and maintenance projects outside Europe. We are looking for transport and mobility enthusiasts and entrepreneurs with long-standing experience in railway operations and projects in India or worldwide. 


We are currently seeking you to build up and manage the operation and maintenance of a Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) and Mass Rapid Transport System (MRTS) business in Delhi, India. This 82km long Delhi-Meerut line will consist of 25 RRTS and 9 MRTS stations. This will include developing a local O&M company from scratch to full operations, developing and leading a passionate and performance driven team, steering quality, performance, and customer satisfaction as well as ensuring economic success in India.


Responsibilities:


  • Organizing and conducting Compliance and Ethics training (focus on prevention of corruption, economic crime and violations of DB Code of Conduct) according to DB E.C.O. Group training concept for employees and executives of DB RRTS.
  • Supporting Compliance Officer in day-to-day compliance related matters related to audit, due diligence, risk assessment, whistleblowing management, contract review, etc.
  • Supporting with Compliance business partner audits 
  • Identifying and reporting Compliance and Ethics risks, e.g. (in coordination with DB RRTS Compliance Officer) by conducting Compliance risk analyses of DB RRTS 
  • Monitoring agreed follow-up or counter measures based on identified risks and weaknesses
  • Support with the further development of preventive measures against corruption and other economic crime as well as violations of human rights topics
  • Proposing improvements of the Compliance Management System of DB RRTS to DB E.C.O. Group Compliance 
  • Reporting Compliance occurrences to DB RRTS Compliance Officer and supporting internal investigations in close coordination with DB RRTS Compliance Officer.
  • Supporting CS in secretarial related matters including conducting board meetings, compliance under corporate laws.
Qualifikationen

Qualifications:

  • Any Graduate (except B.tech and M.tech) with 5-9 years of experience.
  • Having Law degree will be added advantage.
  • Business fluent English required, other language skills (German) are a plus
  • Familiar with an international environment 
  • Good grasp of complex issues
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Commitment and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work in a team
