We are hiring for the position of Section Engineer-RAMS

Responsibilities:

• Lead package-level RAMS governance by implementing the PRMP, managing work plans, conducting assurance reviews, and ensuring compliance with EN 50126/50128/50129.
• Oversee RAMS modelling and analysis, including RAM models, RBD, FMECA, FTA, LCC, SIL deliverables, and ensure full traceability of requirements.
• Manage hazard and risk processes, maintaining high-quality Hazard Logs, ALARP justifications, and coordinating cross-discipline interface risks.
• Support integration, V&V, and T&C activities, including reliability/maintainability demonstrations, soak tests, and RAMS-enriched test procedures.
• Coordinate ISA and statutory compliance, consolidating evidence packs, tracking findings, and contributing to Safety Case documentation.
• Drive reliability performance and analytics through FRACAS/DRACAS data management, reliability growth analysis, and RAM KPI dashboards.
• Ensure configuration and change control, safeguarding RAMS baselines, assessing change impacts, and supporting quality audits and handover readiness.

• Engineering Graduate/ Diploma in Electrical/Electronics stream or equivalent
• Engineering Graduate with 07 years, or Engineering Diploma with 10 years of experience in implementation of RAMS/System Assurance during construction phase in  Rail-based Transit System project(s)(i). 
• Working-level expertise in EN 50126 / EN 50128 / EN 50129, IEC safety standards, and international RAMS practices. 
• Hands-on experience with RAM modelling, FMECA, FTA, Hazard Logs, Safety Plans, and Safety Case preparation. 
• Familiarity with interface management, integration testing, validation & verification (V&V) processes. 
• Experience interacting with ISA, client authorities, EPC / Systems contractors and mul-tidisciplinary engineering teams.
