Deliver Egypt’s first High Speed Rail Service with DBEE. DBEE is a joint venture between DB International Operations and Elsewedy Electric. DB International Operations provides rail operations and maintenance worldwide; Elsewedy Electric, global energy and infrastructure solutions provider. Together, we combine strong local capabilities with proven global railway expertise to enable efficient, safe and sustainable passenger and freight mobility on Egypt’s first High Speed Rail network. We are looking for transport and mobility professionals with substantial experience in railway operations and projects in Egypt or worldwide. Join us to deliver this landmark project in Cairo.

The Document Control Administrator is responsible for managing and overseeing the project-wide document control system, ensuring that all technical, contractual, and quality-related documentation is accurately processed, stored, and distributed in accordance with project, client, and regulatory requirements.



Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the centralized document control system (electronic and/or physical) to ensure all documentation is current, accurately cataloged, and easily retrievable.
  • Be the administrator of the document control system (IT System). Manage user access rights and permissions within the DMS.
  • Develop and implement document naming conventions, numbering systems, and filing structures.
  • Provide support and training to internal staff on document control procedures, best practices, and the use of the DMS.
  • Develop the distribution list of all project documents and update it as necessary.
  • Ensure all documents are properly approved, signed and distributed.
Kvalifikationer
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree / MBA in a relevant field.
  • Ability to work with a diverse workforce in intercultural environments, promoting inclusivity and cultural sensitivity.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) and relevant IT systems, leveraging technology for data analysis and reporting.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, enabling effective communication.
  • Fluent in Arabic, facilitating seamless communication with Arabic-speaking individuals.
  • Previous experience as Document Controller in big infrastructure projects is a plus.
