We are currently seeking an O&MA Deputy Manager with strong experience in railway operations and maintenance, particularly in high-speed rail.



Responsibilities:

  • Support the O&MA Manager in the delivery of all operations and maintenance advisory services.
  • Assist in the development of high-speed rail O&M strategies, frameworks, and implementation plans.
  • Lead technical and commercial discussions with the client and stakeholders as required.
  • Contribute to operational safety frameworks, operational readiness planning, and implementation procedures.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, safety, maintenance, RAMS, and project management.
  • Support the development of depot operational concepts and maintenance facility planning (including high-speed rail depots).
  • Provide progress updates, analyses, and recommendations to senior project leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements, regulatory needs, and global best practices.
Kvalifikationer
Qualifications:

  • 15 years of relevant railway operations and maintenance experience at a senior level, preferably in high-speed rail (>250 km/h).
  • Demonstrated capability to work with clients to resolve project, commercial, and technical challenges.
  • Professional qualifications for senior-level railway O&M roles, or equivalent.
  • Excellent knowledge of high-speed railway operational safety, operational readiness, and system integration.
  • Strong understanding of depot operations, preferably for high-speed rail depots.
  • Excellent knowledge of project management practices.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Willingness to relocate to Australia.
