Your Responsibilities :
Contract Understanding:
Learn to understand the basic terms and conditions of contracts.
Assist in reviewing contract documents for accuracy and completeness.
Document Management:
Organize and maintain contract documents in a systematic manner.
Prepare and track contract correspondence.
Client and Vendor Coordination:
Assist in coordinating with clients and vendors to address contractual issues.
Prepare and submit basic contractual documents, such as memos and notices.
Risk Identification:
Learn to identify potential risks and challenges associated with contracts.
Contribute to the development of risk mitigation strategies.
Project Support:
Provide administrative support to project teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and tracking project progress.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Master's degree in Civil or Construction Management preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
