For this bid/project we are seeking a Chief Signaling Expert (f/m/d) for a Semi High Speed Rail Project in Delhi, India.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, Procurement and Implementation of S&T Tender for Sarai Kale to SNB section of NCRTC. 
  • Design review of Signalling System 
  • Integration, Testing & Commissioning of signaling system 
  • Interfacing of Signalling System with Rolling Stock, Telecom Subsystems, PSD, Asset Management System etc. Interface document approval. 
  • Interoperability Testing of various subsystems of Signalling System with existing RRTS Corridor. 
  • Assist NCRTC in obtaining statutory approvals. 
  • Any other roles and responsibilities required to beperformed to complete the project and assigned by the PD/Employer. 
Kwalifikacje
Qualifications:

  • Minimum 20 years of post-qualification experience in Signalling and Telecommunication (S&T) systems for rail-based passenger transit systems.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the design, procurement, implementation, testing, and commissioning of ETCS Level-2 signalling systems, including telecom interface, for rail-based passenger transit systems, in the capacity of Chief Signalling Expert or an equivalent position.
  • Prior experience as Chief Signaling Expert in an “Eligible Assignment,” defined as working as personnel of a General Consultant (GC), Project Management Consultant (PMC), or Employer, including roles with the Authority or Concessionaire responsible for project implementation.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience on rail-based passenger transit projects with operational speeds of 160 km/h or higher, undertaken in developed countries as defined by the United Nations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
